- No Outcome Guarantee: We provide engineering analysis and recommendations based on professional experience. We do not guarantee specific business metrics, financial turnover, or revenue increases resulting from the study.
- No Obligation to Build: Completing a Business Study places no obligation on you to hire us for subsequent software development, nor does it obligate Developster Hub to accept a build engagement.
3. Systems and Custom Engineering Engagements
We build dedicated software systems tailored to specific operational requirements, including Resource Management, Project Tracking, Executive Intelligence, Personal Assistants, CRM Automation, and Custom Solutions. Any subsequent engineering engagement is subject to a formal written agreement executed between both parties.
4. Fixed Pricing and Commercial Terms
We operate on a transparent fixed-price model:
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic clients.
- Before any software construction begins, the total fee is provided in writing. We do not bill unexpected hidden fees or surprise hourly overruns.
- The fee for the Business Study is clearly stated before you complete your booking.
5. Client Data Ownership
You retain 100% full and unconditional ownership of all proprietary data, client lists, internal metrics, and workflow materials shared with us during a Business Study or engineering engagement. We treat all confidential information with strict professional confidentiality.
6. Acceptable Use of the Website
